HOW WE WORK
Your initial visit and consultation is planned to minimize your stress and maximize your results. During the consultation we will give you individual and careful attention. Based on the information that you provide in our client questionnaire, we will discuss the facts that are causing you concern, the applicable law(s) and your options. Together we will determine whether and what type of legal assistance you need. We will also discuss other resources. We charge a fixed fee for our initial consultations, payable when you come in.
If you need legal help, if you decide to employ us and if we decide that we can be effective in resprenting you, we will begin by signing a fee agreement that sets out in writing our scope of work together, how and how much we charge, our billing practices and your other rights and obligations. An advance payment of fees and costs will be due when we begin work on your case.
